Totals include the £29.00 membership. Every fee on your monthly invoice links to the booking it came from, and you have 14 days to dispute any fee.

6-month first term

Billed monthly. After 6 months your membership continues month to month — cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We never renew you into another fixed term.

60-day exit guarantee

If you get fewer than 3 attended bookings in your first 60 days, you can leave with nothing more to pay.

Reminders and online cancelling

We remind you by email, text and in your dashboard 30 and 7 days before your first term ends. Cancel online in your dashboard — no phone calls needed.

Common questions

What counts as an attended job?

A booking you mark as "attended" in your dashboard after the customer visits. You have 7 days after the appointment to mark it attended or no-show.

How do repeat customers work?

You pay £10.00 for a customer's first attended visit. Any further visits by the same customer in the next 12 months are free — they still show on your invoice as £0 so you can see why.

Is there a limit on job fees?

There's no monthly cap at the moment. Because you only pay when a new customer actually turns up, the fee only grows when your business does.

Can the price change?

We'll give you at least 60 days' notice of any price change, and you can leave without penalty if you don't want to continue.

Do drivers pay anything?

No. Drivers never pay LocateMyMechanic. They pay you directly for the work, as they do now.
